How Do We Get Paid?

We offer new clients a no cost, no obligation initial consultation. We see this meeting as a chance to exchange information which gives both you and us the opportunity to see if we can work together.

Our fees and charges reflect the advice, products and ongoing service we provide. Where we:

  • Create A Financial Plan or Statement of Advice (SOA): We will discuss with you our fee prior to preparing your financial plan or assessing your risk insurance needs.
  • Provide Service and Advice in regards to an Investment or Superannuation Fund: We generally receive an ongoing fee for the management of your portfolio, but this fee is deducted from your portfolio balance. The fee covers the cost of your adviser reviewing your portfolio’s performance and its ongoing suitability in meeting your needs. We may also charge a once-off establishment fee for new products.
  • Recommend an Insurance Product: We generally receive both an upfront and ongoing commission from the insurance company.

All fees, charges and commission payments we receive are fully disclosed within your financial plan or SOA. We have the highest regard for your peace of mind when it comes to fee transparency.
